Supplement Review: Q5 Combat's Launch Fuel

Product Info:
I picked up some Launch Fuel from Q5 Combat because there's always those days that I wish I could roll a little longer, or even get out of that pre-funk junk before training. Launch Fuel is a pre-workout supplement that allows you to train harder and for longer. The way it works is that it delivers a clean and NATURAL energy to each of your muscle cells. It's crafted to help your cells process ATPs. ATP is the molecule that transfers the energy your body needs to the right areas. This doesn't only effect your body but it also effects your brain!!! Your brain consumes around 20% of your daily energy, so not only does Launch Fuel allow you to not gas out, but it also helps you get in the zone mentally.

Ingredients:
Launch Fuel is also a vegetarian and gluten free.

Day 1:
Today was my first time taking Launch Fuel, and to say the least I was very impressed. I hadn't slept well the night before and I wasn't really feeling like training today. I have an awesome sun burn at the moment so training in the gi was not really an option, so I settled with some running and kettlebells. I mixed the scoop in about 16 oz of water, aka a typical water bottle. It mixed pretty easy into the water, no clumps or anything. The taste was the biggest surprise. IT TASTED... well, not bad. It didn't have a particular taste, it had a hint of orange flavoring. There was no chalky after taste which is a huge plus to me.

The effects of the supplement was noticeable within 15 minutes. I was more attentive and was looking forward to burning some energy. Within 30 I wasn't feeling any jitters or feel like my heart was racing, so I was a bit doubtful. Once I started running, I felt it. I'm not much of a runner but I was able to almost double my length of running. The best part I still felt good, I wasn't gassed. After doing my Kettlebells, which I did a tad easier, I decided to lift some weights. I had a mental focus that allowed me to analyze my technique, it was awesome. Even then I felt tired, but not gassed. I finished my day at the gym of with another small run. I was at the gym for about 2 hours and 20 minutes, I didn't even notice the time go by. After I got home I took a shower, had a quick bite to eat, and started writing this. I don't feel over stimulated or worn out. I'm very excited to see what the next 29 days brings.

Day 3:
On weekends I work so I can rarely make it into the gym, and this weekend was no different. I work in the mornings, and to say the least, I'm REALLY not a morning person. I took launch fuel on these days, and I can honestly say I felt a difference. I usually start feeling a decline in my energy around 1 or 2 pm. With Launch Fuel I felt mentally awake through out the day. It was good feeling not having moments where I couldn't connect the dots. It really helped me get through the morning grind. I felt myself being less annoyed because I wasn't so tired. Which in customer service is always a good thing. (:

 Day 5:
The last couple days I've been able to make it in to the gym, and finally put this stuff to the real test! After a couple long days at work the last thing I wanna go do is get beat up by a bunch of big guys. After drink Launch Fuel it made the idea of getting beat up... well the same. But good news is that I felt better during the warm up and while we were drilling techniques. I was able to think of exactly how it was done, I kept thinking of something my coach has said before. "Perfect practice makes perfect." After drilling we did some sparring, and my mind was able to think a couple moves ahead, and actually my mind was working faster than my body at a few points. Overall I didn't gas out, I was tired yes, but I was able to keep pushing the whole time. I'm a bit sore tonight, so we'll see tomorrow if I gas out early or not!

 Day 6-14:
So after the last couple weeks of using Launch Fuel I've noticed a huge improvement in my cardio. I ran my first mile under 8 minutes and 30 seconds. It was a huge improvement for me, it was a great accomplishment. I do an intermittent fasting every couple weeks for my body, and I did take it on that day, and I was still keeping up in the cardio area even though I was wiped physically. I'm still feeling the mental effects of it as well. I still get in my zone, I notice the small details. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the product. I suggest anyone to try a free sample of the product and check their other stuff out. I still have a while to go with this, but I'll keep it up to date as much as possible.

Day 15-30:
Same as before, I have my zone that I get in when I take it. It allows me to stay focused while doing my reps. I had a few days where I didn't sleep well, but that's due to my habits. I was able to take Launch Fuel and it helped me get over that terrible slump you get right after work and you don't want to train. The product held up all through the month. I'm glad that stopping the product didn't have any effects when I stopped taking it. The all naturalness of the product is great, no bad effects that I can tell. I was able to get my mile to about 8 minutes or so. It was a great feeling knowing that I could improve that much with something as little as this.
